JAMMU, Dec 26: Girls Growth Cell & IQAC of Authorities Faculty of Schooling underneath the patronage of Principal, Prof Aekta Gupta, inaugurated one week workshop on health.
The workshop consists of collection of health actions by Health Knowledgeable Kritika Sharma which included Zumba, Aerobics ,Yoga & Meditation. The principle goal behind this occasion was to create consciousness amongst each college students and workers concerning well being & health.
Convener Girls Growth Cell, Prof Rubina Yasmeen & Convener IQAC Prof.Shalini Rana inaugurated the session by specializing in the significance and advantages of health significantly within the current period. Principal Prof Aekta Gupta emphasised that inactivity can contribute to a spread of well being associated issues and such programmes will help quite a bit to beat such issues.
